Schi apartment includes a double bedroom with an additional single sofa bed, a bathroom with a bathtub shower combo, a living room with an open-plan kitchen, a dining area, a double sofa bed, and a balcony with a table and chairs. Jadins apartment offers two double bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, a living room with an open-plan kitchen, and a private outdoor terrace with a table and chairs. Ciaspes apartment includes two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed, a bathroom with shower, a living room with an open-plan kitchen, and a private outdoor terrace with a table and chairs. Liösa apartment features a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a bathroom with shower and bathtub, a living room with an open-plan kitchen, and a double sofa bed and two balconies with tables and chairs. Roda apartment is composed of two double bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, a living room with a double sofa bed an open-plan kitchen and access to a private outdoor terrace equipped with a table and chairs. Each apartment includes a central water filter, orthopaedic mattresses and goose down duvets/pillows with hypoallergenic properties and absence of floor carpets.

Apartments Chalet Maria is located in the San Leonardo district of Badia, 80 km from Bolzano. The location is less than 5 minutes on foot from the Santa Croce ski slopes and within 200 m of bars, restaurants, a supermarket, and tourist facilities. Numerous paths branch off from San Leonardo, that allow to reach on foot almost every corner of Alta Badia: the sanctuary of Santa Croce, the meadows of Armentara, the lakes of Lech dla Lunch and Lech da Sompunt, the deer park Paraciora. A free ski bus connects Badia with Kronplatz. The shop's clients can also take advantage of free shuttle service between the Chalet and the shop, as well as between the Chalet and the ski slopes.

In winter, guests can access the Dolomiti Superski area. Summer activities include hiking to the Santa Croce sanctuary, the Armentara meadows, and the lakes of Lech dla Lunch and Lech da Sompunt. Guests can also visit the Puez-Geisler Nature Park and the Fanes-Sennes-Prags Nature Park. For cyclists, there are off-road trails through wildflower meadows and road routes used in the Giro d'Italia and Maratona dles Dolomites.

Apartments Chalet Maria is located in the Santa Croce area, which offers attractions for children. In winter, there is a ski school. In summer, the area turns into a playground with themed trails and guided tours through farms. Summer Park La Crusc features water games, a dragon cave, and a mini-zoo. There are numerous interesting events, including cultural and gastronomic performances. The nearby mountain huts and typical restaurants welcome little guests with a special kids' menu and lots of mouth-watering delicacies.

Maria Chalet offers complimentary fiber optic WI-FI, a ski/bike room with lockers and ski boot dryers and a token-operated laundry room. Baby chairs, baby beds, cots and bed rails are available upon request. Guests have access to a summer garden with sun loungers and a playground and a TV-lounge. A central water filter purifies water from all taps. Guests can purchase ski passes upon check-in. The owner is available for information. A garage is available free of charge for motorbikes.
